Course Summary

If you’ve worked hard on yourself all year and dread the festive season, fear not because you’ve got me this year!

Christmas is not the time to stress about food; with the right attitude and preparation, you can easily sail through all those parties. No one wants to wake up in the new year feeling rubbish.

So to avoid this from happening, I invite you to join my Healthy Holiday Challenge. In this workshop series, you’ll learn how to eat, drink and be merry without the guilt.

The interactive sessions will be fun and lighthearted, with plenty of tips on feeling your best and enjoying Christmas to the fullest.

Each workshop will cover a different topic, from the easiest way to navigate food and drinks, staying active, managing stress and making these the most relaxing holidays you had in years.
