The first week is all about awareness and small changes. We will talk about what to eat and why, while slowly eliminating certain foods from your diet. I will help you set smart goals and match you up with an accountability partner so that you can support each other throughout your journey. I will also introduce you to your workout program and show you how to adapt it to have the highest impact and fit YOUR lifestyle

Dive deep into your mindset

In week 4 and 5, you will take a closer look at your thought patterns so that you can bring more awareness to your habits to transform the way you think about yourself and food. I will help you find your bigger Why and what’s holding you back. We’ll also be exploring why change is so difficult and how to begin to overcome obstacles.

Say hello to delicious healthy food

In week 2, we will build the foundation. I will guide you through meal planning and give you some delicious recipes to get started on transforming the way you eat right away. You will learn which food is beneficial for gut healing and why it's essential for weight loss. I will walk you through how to structure your plate and serving sizes to get you familiar with what healthy eating looks like.

Connect with your spirit

In week 6 and 7, you’ll learn how your spirit can contribute to poor eating habits and how nurturing it will support your transformation. You’ll do an in-depth exercise on finding your value and begin to make changes that will help you remodel your life.

Speed up your metabolism

Week 3 is all ramping up your body and mind. I will walk you through the emotions motivating your eating behaviour and share ways to change your habits to support your transformation. I will show you what you can do to speed up your metabolism in your 40s. We will take a closer look at the different exercise options, and I’ll introduce you to the quickest way to kick off fat burning.

Set yourself up for success

In our final week, I will show you how to transform the way you eat with my “5-Steps to Healthy Delicious Meals in Minutes”. You will learn how to personalise your plan and new routine so that it easily fits into your busy life.
